Full Upgrade Policy: This guarantees the purchase price value of your sewing machine for a full year toward another sewing machine purchase that is at least double the price of your trade-in value. The value of your-trade in is the exact cash price less the value of any merchandise that was included in the original sale. The trade value does not include any trade-in discount given from the prior purchase. Moore's reserves the right to void this policy if the machine is exposed to unusual use or abuse. In this case the trade value is determined by our trades of value list.
Complete Protection Package (CPP): This policy covers 100% of all repairs, service, parts and maintenance on the product to the original purchaser of the policy. This package is only available at the time of purchase. In consideration of the price on the front side of this contract Moore's Sewing Centers will, upon request, service and maintain the product described to the extent necessary to keep in good working condition until the expiration date indicated. Service will be performed at Moore's Service Center, when the customer brings the product along with the original receipt (a copy is not allowed) to the nearest Moore's Sewing Center. This policy is valid only in the United States, and is void if the product is used commercially.
Returns Policy: We will gladly exchange any product for another product in stock of equal value within 30 days, provided the product is returned in the same condition as purchased. Sorry - No Refunds.

Payments: For customers’ convenience, Moore's is proud to offer a range of payment options. Moore's accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards and PayPal. Simply adding products to your cart, selecting the ‘buy now’ option, and entering your shipping information will bring you to a SSL secured page so you can enter your payment information. For your safety and security, Moore's requires that you include your Name (as it appears on your card), account number, expiration date, and Card Verification Number (CVN). The CVN is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your (Discover, Visa, MC) card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. The American Express verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.
If you would like to pay with PayPal, all forms including eCheck, balance and Credit Cards are accepted by Moore's Sewing Center. PayPal is a fast and easy way to pay with either your checking account or credit card. If you do not already have a PayPal account, please sign up here. It's free to sign up and send money!
If you would like to pay via check or money order, please go through the checkout process sellecting the proper payment method and print out your order page. We will hold your order pending receipt of your payment for up to 5 days. Send your payment along with a copy of your order to the address included in your invoice. Please note, no order will be shipped until your payment has cleared (10 days). There is a $25.00 fee on all dishonored checks.
