Shipping and Handling
We ship almost entirely via Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Service (USPS). For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will find USPS is more economical. We charge the actual cost of shipping based on the package weight and dimensions. Please note: Our store locations charge more for shipping ($10 min). Our website is the only location that we charge the actual shipping rate.
We do not ship Internationally at this time.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders when available.
* To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart buttons. Then click on the view cart in the upper right hand corner (located below 'Shopping Cart'). This will bring up a page that will show you all the items in your cart. Enter your zip code in the box labeled 'Postal Code'. You can try different shipping methods by clicking on the down arrow located next to 'Shipping'. Select a shipping method (e.g. USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Home, etc...). This will show you shipping charges before placing your order or entering any personal information.
Backorders or those that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will differ in shipping time. Orders that cannot be delivered before the weekend will be held and shipped the following Monday or next Shipping day.
