Sewing Class Navigation
This class is for the beginning quiltmaker to learn all the basics in order to start and complete a quilt. You’ll learn to use a rotary cutter and proper ways to measure and cut fabric; strip piecing and sewing with ¼” seams; proper pressing techniques; the right way to cut and sew on borders; pin basting; simple straight line quilting; and the making and sewing on of binding. And – you will have a completed quilt at the end of the class!
Class meets Mondays, September 24th, October 1st, 8th, 15th and 29th
Prerequisite: Must be familiar with your sewing machine and accessories.
