Class 1: Utility
- Gathering Foot
- Invisible/Concealed Zipper Foot
- Teflon foot
- Hemmer Foot
These utility feet will make some of your most tedious sewing tasks a breeze! We will learn how to achieve easy and professional results when creating gathers, inserting invisible zippers, hemming lightweight fabrics and when sewing with specialty materials like plastic and vinyl.
The gathering foot will allow you to quickly and evenly gather fabrics in one-step for making garments, home decor items and crafts. The invisible/concealed zipper foot makes inserting invisible zippers into garments and craft projects easy and accurate everytime. Never fear an invisible zipper again! The teflon foot glides over vinyl, leather, plastic and other materials that tend to stick to under metal and plastic presser feet. The hemmer foot makes it easy to get an even hem everytime, quickly and without pre-pressing with the iron!
