Sewing Class Navigation
This class will teach all the basics of quilt making as you create a traditional Irish Chain quilt! Learn how to rotary cut with helpful hints, learn strip piecing and chain sewing for quick construction, and master the quarter inch seam allowance and proper pressing techniques. After sewing your blocks and squaring them up, you’ll assemble your quilt top and add the borders. We will finish by discussing backing, assembly, quilting options and binding your quilt. You’re going to love seeing your quilt come together! Quilt pattern included!
Prerequisite:Must be comfortable with the operation of your sewing machine..
