Trudy Cleveland
Trudy is both a professional longarm quilter and photographer. She loves to combine both her passions by photographing her quilts. She grew up in Orange County, learning to sew at 12 years old in junior high school, and progressed from sewing a gym bag to sewing garments, and then creating her own quilt designs. Her interest in photographing her projects led her to learn how to photograph her quilts to get professional looking results. Trudy’s work has been displayed at Road to California, Houston International Quilt Festival, and numerous other national quilt exhibits. She has taught nationally and has offered workshops in Australia via Zoom. Her philosophy that a workshop should be a “Fun-shop” is evident in her student’s smiles at the conclusion of her classes
