“I love the beginning sewing class taught by Dianne on the 1st and 2nd Wednesdays of the month in Mission Viejo and highly recommend them to anyone interested in learning to sew.  I just started sewing this year and am now hooked!  I really look forward to the classes, not just because of Dianne’s incredible sewing knowledge, but also because of the easy-going, friendly vibe of the class – largely due to Dianne’s warm, fun and approachable style.  It’s always a fun night!”

And the Sew Fun Club is so much fun! We learn new techniques and new tools to help our work go so much smoother. And there is Show N Tell where we get to see each other’s just-finished projects and can learn from each other. This is a great place to hang out!…”

“If you would like to be treated like family shop at Moore’s. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have purchased 2 sewing machines and a serger and wouldn’t think of shopping elsewhere. They will provide sewing lessons as long as you need them. Awesome store and fablous employees. They are truly your friends.

“I just wanted to let (Moore’s) know that you folks have a first rate customer care and satisfaction staff working on your team. I don’t know all the names but I bought 2 machines in Orange, I take training classes in Mission Viejo and bought a third machine in Riverside. Each and every one of these women/men have taken the time and effort to:

  1. Make me and my family fell at home(I always have to come with my mom who has Alzheimer’s(Lowey Bodies Dementia) and we cannot leave her alone at home by herself). The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating needs/whims/requests. They rank high in the hospitality efforts
  2. They do their utmost to accommodate me because I’m such a novice at this and they are always there to reassure and to help keep my self esteem from getting lost under the carpet.
    1. they are very knowledgably
    2. they are considerate they understand their customer and they know how to make even the most entry level novices like my sister and me feel like we can do this stuff
    3. they take the time to offer the customer choices; they know that we don’t all have the same budgets so they take the time to make sure you get what you want and can afford.

I(n) this day and age with a very sluggish economy and businesses/corporations only struggling to dress the bottom line it is really nice to see places like Moore’s where customer service and satisfaction are their #1 priority. Hats off to All of you!!

“On Saturday, Feb. 12, I attended an Anita Goodesign Specialiy Quilts Made Easy class given by Martha @ the Mission Viejo store. What an AWESOME Day we had. The day was planned out perfectly – there were multiple levels of experience in the class and even the most experienced embroiderer there learned new things. Martha shared with us her favorite notions to make the project easier and all were available there in the store. Hopefully, there will be more of this type of class. 🙂 “

You guys are awesome! I called on behalf of a friend who lives in Florida. We were talking about crafting/sewing/knitting. She was lamenting over the fact that she broke the button hole foot for her old kenmore and could not find a replacement anywhere. Her love for this machine was too great to replace it with a shiny new one. I called your 800 number and got the best customer service! She turned me onto another web site where my friend could order the foot herself. While you guys didn’t make a sale today, you have earned my good will. When the guild meets next month I will be sure and tell the members how you came to the rescue of a fellow sewer.
