The Spacing Gauge is a handy little tool to help measure 1/8”, 1/4”, 1/2” and 1” spaces when using rulers and templates.
The size of the ruler indicates the size from the top of the design to the bottom of the design. For example, an 11.5″ template would fit perfectly into a 12″ block! The marked lines on the template allow you to guide your design to perfectly align with your crosshairs you’ve marked on your quilt.
