Baby Lock’s factory warranty covers defects in workmanship and design for a period as mentioned in your warranty information.

What the factory warranty doesn’t cover is maintenance, service and parts deemed as normal use. The LOS membership, as we call it, covers your yearly maintenance, which is recommended to keep your machine running in peak performance for years to come.

Why do we call it bumper-to-bumper coverage? Well, parts that may need replacement during normal use, that are not covered by the factory warranty, which include bobbin cases, needle threaders, and much more, are all covered by the LOS. Especially when you use your machine for quilting and heavy duty sewing, timing and tension adjustments may be needed from time to time. This type of service is normally not covered by the factory warranty but is covered by the LOS.
